Project Objective

 

Identified potential SellCheck clients to drive to a “mandate” tier where SellCheck is fully incorporated into internal creative processes. Determined feasibility to scale & strategies to strengthen relationships and ultimately drive usage.

Mandate Definition

 
  • Client has a Champion (vocal advocate) expecting usage in the organization

  • SellCheck has a budget line & is part of the creative development process

  • Buy-in & support of the Executive Owner (Budget Owner)

  • Uses 90% of report subscriptions with a minimum of 25 reports/quarter

Communication Strategy

 

Established key touchpoints & content that broke down user barriers and enriched their experience with SellCheck. Became a resource and ensured clients saw the maximum value SellCheck brings to their organization through robust, educational content & support.

Champion Persona

 

A key success factor in client’s ability to be in the mandate tier is the establishment of a “champion” or internal vocal advocate for using SellCheck. The champion consistently celebrates & encourages excellent creative development work. They develop a culture of support but also a system that only releases elite creative into the market.

Data As A Service

 

SellCheck has the largest database in the world of creative executions and acts as a repository for client specific data. I developed the concept for using our data as an on-demand product to drive business growth. As a mandated client, users have access to their real-time data regardless of geographic location.
